The form can be downloaded from our website and should be
passed directly to Ellie’s Haven (i.e. not through a third party) when
completed.The information you
provide will be used solely for claiming Gift Aid and won’t be passed to third
parties other than HMRC without your consent.
Standing Order form
The form can be downloaded from our website and should be
passed directly to Ellie’s Haven when completed. The information you provide will be used solely for
arranging a standing order and claiming Gift Aid. It won’t be passed to third parties other than your bank and
HMRC without your consent.
Registering a fund-raising event in aid of Ellie’s Haven
Anyone will be able to see the contact information you
provide on the online form once the event has been listed on our website. The contact information of the person
submitting the form, if different from the above, will only be used for
verification and correspondence purposes and won’t be passed to third parties
without your consent.
Form for Third Party to collect sponsor names for Challenge
This form helps Ellie’s Haven keep track of off-line
sponsors and their donations. It also provides a way for people
taking on challenges to explain why they're fund-raising for Ellie's Haven and show their progress in this respect. We
cannot guarantee the security of this data when it’s not in our possession. Sponsors
can opt to donate anonymously.
